Sounds like maybe Ray's idea would not be liked too much, but the anti-likers would like those posts against the like. Confusing times we live in.

How about real time text alerts for new threads? Keyword or importance filtered.

Give a thread a high priority flag that stays on for 24 hours (or something) and all members get pinged (if they choose). Mods could limit who has that power (I shouldn't ).

For example... I could subscribe to any breaking #DroppedGun threads. Ray could subscribe to any #FatHandsHate threads. #Idaho in a thread sends Bailey a text. I don't want to know what tags Kazoo comes up with...

Nope.. need a dislike too.. No reason people should be delusional and think people like them. I'm ok with being disliked.. I'd like to see just how much so I can work harder at it.

This is enough of a reason to nix a dislike button. Too many people would take it as a personal challenge.
