    Almost all of my Academy instructor’s were from the Douglas County sheriffs department, I believe one of deputies injured may have been one of my instructors. It is all so sad...

    A picture that has stuck with me all day was the woman officer on the bridge in Castle Rock saluting and crying. The image of the procession was in the reflection of her sunglasses. RIP Officer Parrish.
