I know it’s a bitch thread but the logistics of massive revamping of insert the name of major transport routes due to massive a influx of humans is not a weeknight drawing on a cocktail napkin.
the state has been planning these various expansions since w’s first term easily. My favorite is i270 from 70 to 25 slated to remove clover leaf merge system mid 2025 at the earliest

True, but thus far CDOT has done a truly terrible job of trying to keep up, to the point of saying that "denver traffic is no worse than other metropolitan areas, so we don't need to change anything"...
I won't expound on it any further, because I know we have guys on here that work for CDOT...
I was ranting the same yesterday. The main routes are effed up, as are your primary alternates. It sucks.
Maybe if they make all the highways into high-priced toll roads and Lexus lanes, traffic would ease up for everyone (except those who actually have to be at work).
