Amateurs eat hot shit just because it's hots. Pros eat hot shit that actually TASTES good. My colon doesn't owe me money so I'm not eating some 16 million scoville sauce just to prove my manhood.

Yeah, that's a little vial with capsacian crystals. Take it all and it will probably do a pretty good job ending you up in the hospital.
The source (7.1million) is plenty hot enough for me....

I'm the same way, but put one or two crystals in a pot of chilli and damn! kicks it up a notch or ten.

I need to dig out my recepie for spicy garlic wings.

Sitting at home last night, I got bored and decided to surf amazon for useless shit to buy. I decided to look for hot sauces and came across Aadvark. Had a ton of positive reviews so I placed the order and it should be here tomorrow.

I counted the hot sauces in the fridge and we have roughly 14 different kinds +/-. My GF and I are hot sauce fanatics so we are constantly trying new stuff when we find it. We picked up a bottle of Gringo Bandito (the scorpion pepper one) and it is delicious! Very good flavor with a nice punch to it. If anyone in the NoCo area enjoys hot wings, go to Bogey's Golf Course (Highlands). A friend of mine recently told me that they served hot wings in which I replied I knew because I have been going there for years now. He said when you order them next time, tell them you want HOT wings and emphasize on the hot part. So the next time we went in, I did what he said and the waitress looked at me and said "well how hot do you want them?" Curious I asked how hot they could make them and she replied "Bomb level one through ten." I ordered the level 10 and when the delivered them... shit oh dear, did they deliver. I thought my ears were going to melt off. The problem was, it was the type of heat that was hot when eating them but f******* stupid hot if you stopped. The flavor hurt so good. This was about four months ago and I have ordered it every time I go there for wings trying to bring a new victim with me each time. If you are a true heat lover, level five is about right. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

I'm very fond of Encona Hot Sauces, particularly their Original Hot Pepper Sauce. These sauces have real flavor, come in varying degrees of hotness and aren't relying on vinegar to bring about the sensation of a hot spicy sauce.

Remember back when Tabasco was pretty much the only option? I can barely eat it now. I do like the Chipotle Tabasco, especially on my Chipotle (as well as the salad dressing).

FoxTrot, I put Frank's Red Hot on a lot of my food. I've had some hot sauce that was good before (think I posted it on here years ago) but not everything is as versitile as Frank's. Just thinking of dishes besides wings and red chilli and I'm coming up with Ramen or any other soup, and eggs for starters. Put a drop or three in a sandwich for a few very special bites. Cayenne powder in the coffee is a great finish during the winter, but that's going down a different road entirely.
