    I knew it just didn?t bend on its own. Lol.

    Although I wouldn?t be surprised if some killer pothole did it in.

    Kid wanted to fix an old moped/bike I have in the garage for the past 10 years. I knew the carb needed work, metering holes gunked solid. I did more then I wanted to do. I think next time I will just let him work on it until he figures it out himself ir breakes it. It runs now but we need some tubing for the oil injection.
    DT50 Yamaha, watercooled, oil injection, fun trail moped.

    I got in my wife's Nissan Rogue and drove it for the first time in a long while. I got home and told her the vehicle isn't moving until I make repairs. No f-in around.

    The front end was making creaking and groaning sounds like mad and the wobble above 40MPH..... The play in the front end is crazy. I just ordered MOOG control arms, ball joints, tie rods, etc. If I have it all apart I'm doing it all. I'll check shocks and other stuff while I'm in there but, I mean holy cow, the ball joints are ready to freaking explode. Every corner I thought the wheel was gonna pancake on me.

    Wife: "I didn't notice anything."

    I hear a tiny little squeak and I think "MUST FIX FAULTY COMPONENT IMMEDIATELY" like a robot.

    <rant over>

    Its gonna be a fun weekend. Glad I got in that thing when I did. Luckily YT vids make it look like a fairly straightforward procedure, but I know what's up. If anyone has done tfront end work on this vehicle, I'd love to hear any advice.

    My wife?s Rogue creaks a little. I highly suspect it?s just sway bar bushings but haven?t had a chance to investigate.

    I bet most of those happened on pothole or construction leftover rocks.

    Anyone got a newer ford map card (A9 or A10) that I could buy cheap, or borrow for approximately 20 minutes?

    Cursed myself. Installed the oil tube. Now it wont idle again. I think either some crud from the tank got in the carb, or the gas loosend some of the left over crud and plugged another passage. Anyway, will get this figured out.

    Anyone got tips for carb cleaners? Need to get the nasty dried on, sand looking stuff to disolve.

    Find someone with an ultrasonic. It will clean things you'll never reach with carb cleaner.
