Irving just likes to push buttons and make people second guess themselves, sometimes for their benefit, sometimes for his own grins and maybe even both every so often. It can be a very tough crowd.
I've also seen the seeds used in animal feed. It's a fantastic plant for making paper and more efficient than using wood pulp. It grows fast enough to get 2 crops per year.
