He was a radio Titan. Dems have been trying to do what he did with a leftist bent and never came close to pulling it off.

I got a kick the way he could use his bravado, knowing full well that he wasn?t actually being serious, and liberals would lose their minds.

Most people that hated him or accused him of certain things like being a racist, never listened to him. They grabbed onto what others said about him.

He loved this country and what it was built to stand for. He fully understood and unapologetically supported American exceptionalism.

This will likely be the beginning of the end of the influence of talk radio. I?ll miss hearing his voice and his take on the world. Just another reminder that I?m getting older.

    Godspeed, Rush.
Liberals never met a slippery slope they didn't grease.

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.

some loans you wish were not due so fast.
As gifted as he was as a speaker, he was even more gifted at analyzing the social and political situations. He could clearly see the machinations and explain them for people who don't follow politics or know how these movements or activists work. I think one of the reasons the Left hated him so much was that he was so good at exposing what they were doing.

I spend a lot of time in the car. I've listened to many, many hours of his groundbreaking show. I remember his show on 9/11, the day in '03 when we went into Iraq... I remember when he admitted on air his prescription drug problem (he really did have half his brain tied behind his back!).

    RIP, Maha Rushie.

My Dad introduced me to Rush. I remember leaving work at 11AM, to grab lunch, and at lunch I would listen to Rush.

    Long Live, Rush Limbaugh!

He is Conservative Talk Show Radio.

He blasted Clinton, He blasted Bush, He blasted Obama, etc.

Most of the folks out there today, are in it for themselves.

Rush Limbaugh was in it for us.

I've tuned into Rush Limbaugh since the first Bill Clinton campaign. He's been an immensely talented political analyst and commentator. He opened the door and set the bar for all the conservative commentators who followed. He exposed the hypocrisy of the RINOS like McCain and Romney. Every day he railed against the deeply corrupt leftist media and other factions that have conspired to burden and weaken our country and dilute the protections of our constitutional foundation.

Over the years I've seen Rush as astute and prescient of current politics. I have agreed with most of his assessments with the exception of his broad painting of all environmentalists as extremists. I accept that he didn't have the background to know the many and widely conflicting interests. I think that failing lost millions of potential followers.

In the end Rush Limbaugh contributed greatly to the understanding of conservative principles.

If Donald Trump hadn't been such a narcissistic nincompoop Rush Limbaugh would have succeeded in getting him re elected. That's how influential Rush was.

Talent on loan from God. Without a doubt. God bless Rush Limbaugh.

Remember first hearing Rush when I was in Chicago for a buddy's wedding back in the early Clinton days. Got hooked immediately. Hadn't been listening much the last couple years, but had started back up again in the last few months. He'll be missed. He WAS talk radio. Will never be another like him.
