Meh, I like seeing public examples of how badly the judicial system screws the pooch when there are clearly obvious baddies. Guy probably won't be caught for five years at least imho, he is probably on a beach in a non-deportation country sipping martinis and flirting with girls.

The boyfriend had scratch marks on his face. The officer observed them driving erratically, including into the curb. When questioned, he said she pulled the steering wheel from him.
