Much of this could be fixed with term limits. Here and in Russia. Lets start here as an example for the other nations to follow. Age limits. Lets say...50 years old minimum to 65 maximum. 2 terms max in Congress, Senate, Presidency, Judgeship, etc. Fuck all of the life time appointments, career grifters, etc. No extra healthcare, retirements or benefits just for showing up.

1 in prison
Sounds like the perfect prescription for Tina Peters.
I would be satisfied with the requirement that politicians cannot serve more years than they have done in real world business as employee or employer. Cannot be concurrent employer/politician. So either you rack up a bunch a years working, or you go into politics early and time limit yourself.
