I go to Phoenix for NASCAR 2x per year.
Good thing I don't belong to Colorado and can freely purchase anything outside the borders of the state. I will never pay use tax on items purchased outside the state.

This state can't stop me from this, just as they can't stop anyone from buying little boxes with springs outside of the state. Hell, they can't even stop that inside the state.

When it says the MIL is exempt, since when does the Mil purchase ammo on the retail market? Individual soldiers don't buy ammo for work.

It?s ok to butcher a child in this state with state funding up to the date of delivery but you have to pay an additional 6.5% to enjoy a Constitutionally protected activity.
