A lotta hate towards transgender persons, and I can understand that.

Most of them do not seem to be bad people. One does not become a "troon" until they perpetrate a violent act against strangers in the name of radical trans/Marxist ideology... but there seems to have been a LOT of that lately, including many mass shootings, and that's very concerning.

As much as I despise censorship, it seems the time has come to shut down specific platforms regularly sharing such ideology and promoting violence. Every single one of these perpetrators was "radicalized" online by others who encouraged them.

The news today said he was fascinated by serial killers. So are millions of others. Does this mean shut down wikipedia because one jackass had mental issues?

The killer mentioned meeting a youtube guy at SHOT show. Shut down all gun content because of that? Maybe not with a Trump appointee to the Protect Us From Ourselves Committee. But when President Newsome takes office and assigns Tom Sullivan as director of the PUFOC, you'll never see a gun mentioned again.

More laws and rules are never a good idea. Blocking access to information is a horrible idea and a tenet of authoritarianism.

This links to a "fast facts" page related to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act from the Office of Special Education Programs, part of the Dept of Education. It is pre-covid so the data is dated but it shows the percentage of children as having an emotional disturbance. This is a very specific term and not applied to many students. Considering the source, you should take this with a grain of salt. I think the numbers are a lot higher and what eddie has to say explains a big part of the problem.

Hey, Brother. Sorry about the misunderstanding, allow me to clarify.

I am unfamiliar with the specific statutes pertaining to restrictions on free speech, but there are certainly exceptions for promoting hate speech, terrorism, or promoting mass shootings and targeted assassinations. That is well established.

The biggest vectors seem to be subreddits and tumblr pages devoted to radical trans activism. Those specific users are just permabanned and their content deplatformed. That's it.

Further investigation would likely discover they originated from Chinese troll farms.
