No matter what the circumstances, the clerks will both be demonized by the media and the crooks will not only go free but probably end up with a sizable chunk of change as a result. Make my day is a two edged sword in Colorado these days.

Just watched the report on 7news and they were pretty much on the side of the stores/clerk/owners whatever
They are trying to tie the robbers to other crimes in the area.

Nothing in law says you can't shoot someone in the back...its all about articulation
