I'm not a fan of 'panel' interview styles.. while it does bring different perspectives into the answers given.. it almost feels like a damn war crimes tribunal. I've been through several and they are nerve wracking.. having sat in on a few it's interesting to speak about the answers given with other people who have different opinions..

Good luck and I hope it works out. I've never been impressed by panel interviews but I'm an engineer and a panel of engineers tends to be hopeless.

OTOH, you can tell a lot about the place from the way the panel members interact. The worst I ever saw, as an interviewee, was the members spending the whole time fighting with each other & ignoring me.

Maybe some professions do a better job. A college friend got recruited by the CIA and he had a 5 hour panel interview that had a group really working together.
