So I have my orientation to volunteer at the VA hospital in Denver tomorrow. Should be interesting, and a little tough at times, but I'm looking forward to it!
Anyone else do any volunteering or service work anywhere?

the VA is an interesting place. from a pharmacy perspective, things are way different at the VA than a regular hospital. its an interesting experience.

Congrats, vets at the VA need all the help they can get!
I have had some issues with the VA over my father in law. They need to reform the VA system.
Ghettodub,
Thank you
I worked across the street on 9th Ave. The VA is the reason I'm terrified of having our government involved in healthcare.
That said, I'm sure you'll learn and see a lot.
9mm - because they don't make a 9.1mm
personally I allways get good treatment and good care at the VA. And I am there alot.
To the OP, thanks.
