+1 exactly. He's spent his time sympathizing with Muslims and apologizing for America being America. So if his loyalties lie elsewhere, and if there's a chance that his birth records are indeed fabricated, then WHAM! Kick him out with a steel toed boot.

Here's the problem though ... because he stonewalled for so long and now has released an obviously doctored image there is just no way to prove or disprove where he was or was not born.

Unless you found unedited film of him being born on some dirt floored hut in Kenya there is just zero way to prove he WASN'T born in Hawaii ... and the burden of proof lies on the accusers here.

So to continue to hammer this issue publicly is a waste of time (which frankly is why I believe he stonewalled the release of his birth certificate from the get go).

As a technical discussion I enjoyed doing the forensic work on the file, but at this point I don't think it means much.


Now it does bother me that this discussion (and many others in the public discourse) has devolved into name calling ... there is just simply no reason why people that question where he was born should be compared to kooky conspiracy theorists or called racists, or otherwise called names, it is a LEGITIMATE question (just one that I don't think is ever going to be answered).

That's what I mean. This is what is in dispute, but it would be tied up in court so long that BO would have run the course of his presidency by the time it was resolved. This reason is why I think he delayed releasing his birth certificate so long (you can't tell me that the POTUS has to wait 2+ years for Hawaii to give him permission to publish his own long form, that's total BS, I'm sure any Hawaiian resident could get this done in 6 weeks).

I think it's more about setting a precedent at this point and ensuring this fella doesn't get a shot at a 2nd term where we would see untold damage done w/o the fear of blowing a future election looming over his head. Sure we may not have time to eliminate this tool shed from office before the term expires but 1) it will guarantee a viable Democratic candidate for office (No, I'm not a Dem but I am an American and that's a 2x better chance of getting someone in office who can write this ship) which will force the Republicans to present better candidates as well and 2) it will give us a set of procedures for the next time this situation presents itself that we can refer back to and handle it swiftly and before the damage is already done the way it has been this time.

I see this getting messy on the political and legal fronts. And really think the next presidential election will be brutal no holds barred even more so than usual.

It seems more logical to spend all these resources and time on fixing something like maybe the dollar weakening daily. Or maybe Sky rocketing consumer good prices. How about Unemployment. Hmm the deficiet. Or how about a .gov that is so divided it is damn near impossible to get anything done like the almost shut down. What do I know I am just a lowly diesel mechanic that lives paycheck to paycheck just so I can repeat the next week.
