I sort of doubt that anybody on this board is FOR child molesters or repeat child molesters. Of course, with the administration's sneaky game with lethal injection drugs, we may not be able to kill those bastards either - then will you be upset?
Personally, I am anti-death penalty, not in principle (I have no problems killing a man who is attacking you, or theoretically killing a murderer) but because I don't trust the government to get my mail to me, let alone successfully determine who committed a murder. Stuff like the innocence project and other legal funds who are proving convicted men on death row innocent all the time make me think a serious, large-scale reform of our legal system is necessary before I would be comfortable endorsing any non-reversable punishment.

I guess that's another thread, though.
