When people sign up for "testing" they don't know what they are actually testing most of the time. They did that on our old campus, it's really messed up in some cases. The government barely started to regulate it also. I forgot where, but in one state when they thought they had a cure for aids, the government approved a test with the vaccine, which means they had to actually infect people with aids to begin with. Anyway, 200 people walked away with a "medical test" that gave them HIV.
