    Don't suppose you were shooting in the Watkins-ish area eh? Went to my spot today and heard shots out in the distance, sounded like it very well could have been an auto or someone spraying with a semi.

    Not mine, got the image in an email.
    It would be almost impossible to make any semi sound like an MG42.

    That 8mm Mauser just makes a very distinct sound @ 1500 rounds per minute.
