    Thanks, Bert did a great job, didn't he.
    Coated matte black and Magpul FDE, all new internals, gonna have to get the list from Bert when I pick it up, I don't remember what all was replaced, or whose parts were used.
    Started life as a Taurus PT1911 38 Super in gawdawful chrome and gold!

    Couldn't stand the craptastic grips that came on my Filipino 1911 but didn't want to fork over big bucks for a really nice set either. Decided to make my first Ebay purchase in about five years. Not the nicest grips in the world but I like them much better than what came on it.
