Scope or no scope?

I started at about that age. Best feeling in the word was Dad giving the nod to take it down and hit the quarry.

I don't care what everyone else says about Jordan, he's one heck of a guy! (Okay, to be honest the "heck of a guy thing is all I've ever really heard about him).

Scope or no scope?

My personal feelings is that folks, especially children, need to learn to shoot with iron sights before ever using a scope. I'd go straight iron sights until he really knows how to shoot hte gun. The scope can always be considered later.

There will come a day when a scope will be useful.
