She looks stoned beyond belief. I like the "looters shot on sight" unfortunately just day dreaming, government won't do that guess I wouldn't want them to be able to do that...... well prepared citizen homeowner would work though.
I guess that is a prime crime, loot houses that might burn down and no one knows.......
