Where I am right now, nobody thinks twice about standing right out wherever they happen to be and taking a leak into one of the drainage ditches along the street, or just out in a field. They'll park their motor scooter (most common mode of transport around here) over to the side, turn around, and let fly. Few days ago as we were riding to work there was a guy squatted over the ditch dropping a deuce, right there in front of everyone.

But that's over here...I'd be ticked if I found a worker from a contractor's crew wizzing on my house.

Maybe the guy just had to piss? It wont kill anyone and it would be rude to ask to pee in someones house I would imagine.
No reason for a guy to lose his job or become a sex predator for taking a piss.

you neighbor may be into solar cause he's a greeny. Well this guy is saving water and adding minerals back to earth, saving water, saving gas by driving to a place with a public bathroom, saving time too. He should be thanked, not chastised for doing what we all must do. Heck you should ask him why he isn't pooing too.

Are you sure he was pissing "on" the house and not just "by" the house?

I'm sure everyone here has pissed in an alley, on the side of the road, in a parking lot, or in your own back yard because you were just too lazy to go inside the house.

If he was doing it to relieve himself I say "no harm, no foul".

If he was doing it with malicious intent or for evil purposes then turn him in to his employer.
