Good point, it was a class act wont argue that point. And yes i do feel for the players mostly, because they were just out there playing football, and now they are going to have to deal with the refs mistake.

My favorite part is all these people calling it the worst call in sports history not quite...

It might be the worst "obvious" call in history... But not the worst overall...

You guys are looking at this all wrong. This is the most I have been entertained by the NFL in 20 years.

Ya never know what is going to happen. It's so exciting. You don't know if that play was a fumble, a home run, or what...

I'm going to have to side with the terrible call. Here's the thing though, how many times in the past have we said the same thing with the regular refs? I bet that they build a
disclaimer in the new contract that says the color analyzers cannot dispute the calls like they are now once the regulars are back.

This poll was in the Seattle Post Intelligencer:

Did the Seahawks come down with that game-winning touchdown?

    • No way! This is football blasphemy! Screw the refs! The Packers should have won! (72%, 2,238 Votes)
    • No, but what can you do? The replacement refs did the best the could with the replay available. (10%, 303 Votes)
    • Yes! It was a simultaneous catch, the refs called it, and they upheld it. (9%, 292 Votes)
    • Well ... if that's what the refs said, I'm all for it. Go Seahawks! (6%, 190 Votes)
    • Not a clue. It's inconclusive. (3%, 72 Votes)

    Total Voters: 3,095

However seeing Bilicheck blow a gasket on Sunday and a bunch of angry Cheeseheads on Monday…totally worth it!

Just a thought.. but you think these refs are intentionally 'blowing' the calls to make the fans outraged at the NFL for locking the players out?

Wouldn't be the first time a union tried to be underhanded.

Do you really think that this level of incompetence would we accepted even in Div II games? I think not.

I think this blatant horrible screw ups are intentional on the part of the refs in order for their 'union' to get what they want, by forcing the NFL through the angst of the fans.
