won't happen in the house UNLESS there is some very very serious concessions given by the senate and democrats when it comes to the deficit, spending and obamacare getting cleaned up. it won't go away, but they want it cleaned up.

other than that, I guess it could end up as a rider, but they are too hasty and too stupid to come up with total comprehensive legislation. yeah, maybe a mag ban, but nothing that can't be undone when the next GOP president gets in the oval office.

What bothers me the most is the SCOTUS. I can only hope if things don't work out well tonight, that all the conservative justices hold out 4 more years.

This is the number 1 thing on my mind all night.

Pretty sure they're gonna. They aren't non-partisan, even if they try to be objective with applying the law.

Have a law prof friend who I asked about it, he rolled his eyes and said Obama is gonna replace 1 liberal justice, maybe 2, but 0 conservative ones.

Oh I did my job in the primary and again in the general.

When I bring up 3rd party to anyone not on this board they give me the crazy eyes, because virtually everyone thinks that 3rd party candidates are nuts.

The 3rd parties have a ton of work ahead of them. I've decided to work with TEA party folks and change the (R) from the inside, that is the best use my time and effort.
