Presidential "Back-doors" are already happing in congress, thanks to The Obamanation. These are back doors to the Constitution that will be passed under certain laws in micro print so no one sees them when signing them in. "Gun Laws"
You mean like Bushes signing statements... for which he holds the all time record. Yeah I have a problem with circumventing the Constitutional separations of powers and do so for any president in relation to signing statements.
