As for manufacturer, I'm not sure. But this is at the back of the manual:
The box says Cobra, and I think Action near the Logo.
Edit- the Black letter sound like pretzel, but says sight. Also maybe electronic collimator at the bottom.

Girlscouts? Hmmm, I don't know... I think it's kinda dangerous to teach young girls self esteem and leadership skills.
Finally finished it. Took it out on Sunday and it ran like a top! Its the all black one on the top.
