Made it to 3 Star General, level II yesterday afternoon. Couldn't play anymore with Walking Dead airing and my 0400 wake up call for work today. I'm hooked on hardcore mode now, since that's all 00tec and his buddies play!

I really don't like core at all anymore. Not very realistic that I can shoot a bad guy 5 times as he's running toward me, just to die when he sticks me with his rusty box cutter.

^This. I played Nuketown "moshpit" this weekend, with no hardcore, and it was annoying. Gotta go back to hardcore...
