The faceless 'crats are the real enemy, they hide behind closed doors and issue orders.
You would think that there would be more outcry by the guys and gals that actually have to enforce these laws saying "Woah, that's a little bit too much." They're the ones who have to enforce policy and catch all the crap, yet it's the policy makers that are just making things bad for everyone.
