My apologies but they are dead, everything that could have been done to prevent that was not done, and that extends to the mental health standards as well as the lack of a prepared public. This legislation is not going to help this at all, chances are high it will make it much much worse.

Disgusting to say the least.
Saw this a couple days ago and wanted to share with you guys. The 2A has been broken down by several people here who said it well. This is just the most concise version I've seen. I did have to fix it as whoever created it misspelled "infringed" - something the dude does not abide.
