There's a new Pho79 on the 16th St. Mall that's pretty good.
A good place for new to Pho is at Hampden and Yosemite. Not overly authentic but tasty. If easy to get to is important. New one at Sheridan Riverpoint. Turn south after the speed trap..

For anybody up north, I've been going to this place recently: Noble House Everything there has been really good, except the service can be a little slow. Ingredients are very fresh, unlike some of the other places on the north side. Try the Pho Ga and the Bun Rieu
Pho 120 is good too (120th and Main next to Safeway). I'm not crazy about the rolls though.
Denver south meet and greet for pho???
