I like the sentiment, but can think of some better choices with that character count. Mainly, that one's going to be laughed at because everyone will say, "There is no confiscation!"

I just had a thought, though.

I've been saying, "We did not choose this fight," mainly in regards to vendors deciding if they're going to sell to LE in ban states. But at this point, the majority of Colorado Dems didn't choose it either, and they're screwed.

Many of the laws up for consideration today will pass, and Hick will sign them. But there will be a backlash in 2014. The only reason the Dems won in 2012 is because the Republican base was unenthused. Dems showed up and Republicans didn't, plain and simple. But in 2014, the Rs will be out in force. The swing Dems are getting screwed no matter what. They can vote with the Dem block and try to keep some support for the 2014 elections, or they can cross and be left hanging. Those who are in swing districts are screwed either way. They didn't choose this fight either. They're on the wrong side, but if you back up and look at the big picture, they don't really have a choice.

Yes they do. Don't vote party lines, vote what their constituents want. That is why they are going to have a rough time in 2014.

Vote for the will of the people or the people will find someone that will.
