Listening to a police scanner out of Boston - Sounds like they have him hiding in a boat. He's moving around, but he won't come out. They hit it with dummy rounds and gas. Now they're bringing in armor to get closer or try to push the boat over.

With the number of firefights the kid has been in, I wouldn't be surprised if he's out of ammo.
