I was just watching CNN this morning. Looks like the Al-Queda connection is being made and the Domestic terrorism is looking a lot less likely. Apparently the Russians knew this family was an issue, the older brother was specifically being watched by the FSB and they had warned the US about their concerns. This is why the older brother was not allowed citizenship. The younger brother was allowed citizenship since there were no ties that had been seen. Both the FBI and CIA knew and failed to act. Know, from the sounds of it, this means we as citizens need less privacy and these agencies need more power over us. So how does that work? They knew there was a problem, did not do anything so because they failed we should lose more civil rights?
