Your web order number xxxxx has been voided by the Alexander Arms® store administrator. Please note that "voided" does not necessarily mean that your order was cancelled. If you did not request your order to be cancelled, it was not cancelled and is being prepared for full or partial shipment. If you did request your order to be cancelled, this message is your indication that it has been cancelled. Please read this entire e-mail message before contacting us regarding your order.
Following are the reasons for which we must void web orders.

• Modifications were made to your order either at your request or as required by Alexander Arms. No action needs to be taken by you.
• We were able to ship only part of your order to you. This would result in a charge for only the total of the cost of the items shipped to you plus your original shipping cost. Remaining items will be shipped at a later date and you will automatically receive an additional shipment notification e-mail message at that time. No action needs to be taken by you.
• You specifically requested that we cancel your order. If you have requested to cancel your order, then your receipt of this message is your explicit indication that the order has been cancelled and no further action needs to be taken. No action needs to be taken by you.

Again, unless you specifically requested that we cancel your order, you should not assume that you will not receive the items that you have ordered and you may expect that we are in the process of shipping part or all of your order to you right now. You will be receiving a shipment confirmation e-mail message very soon, if you have not already received it. The shipment confirmation message will reaffirm to you that you are receiving a shipment from your order. An attempt to fully-authorize credit card payments is being made at this time and we will contact you if there is any issue with your payment.

We understand that this message does not state the specific reason for this action on your order. Our web host does not yet afford us the capability to specify the reason for which a web order is being voided. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions not addressed by this message. Probably had some lawyer write that one up. Maybe they will ship your stuff but you won't get charged for it.

Did you cancel your order? Because if you did, you won't get it. If you didn't you might get it even though you aren't expecting to get it. Or you might not get it. You really don't need to do anything other than wait to see if you get it or don't get it. Once you get it, you'll know you're going to get it. If you don't get it, you'll know you're not going to get it.

If you cancelled your order, it's now officially cancelled.

If you didn't cancel your order, something happened on their end where they had to modify it somehow- maybe they only had part of your order right now, and when the rest comes into their warehouse, they'll ship it to you.

They may no longer be able to fill your order and had to make some sort of modification.
