Oh, and still listed with the County as a 'Multi' unit. Does it matter when selling/buying and the title company? (especially with no permits on file for the conversion)?

That doesn't mean "stairs are bad" nor does it make someone who pushes someone down the stairs any less of an asshole.
They had several showings yesterday, last couple I saw were laughing at the "Oversized Shed" for additional storage. It's a 10x12 doghouse in reality.

I poured another slab to extend the one from the street and along the side of the house so I could park the 5th wheel farther back. It's tight on the side and the 5th has to be far enough back to allow clearance to the backyard. My neighbor asked that I move it up 10' so it wasn't visible from his split level home's deck. He threw a hissy fit when I told him that wasn't an option for me, and hasn't been very cordial since. He did put up half of a new fence, for which I agreed to split materials cost. Too bad his string and level are apparently uncalibrated because one concrete set post is wonky and buggered it up.
This was after he filled in and extended his sloping backyard into an easement and fucked up the access and condition to the point I ended up installing a poured concrete retaining wall around the service pedestals located inside my property line to resolve the issues he created from his. Last summer he planted some semi-mature spruce trees along the fence line. I should probably go thank him for that.

If so, call the utilities and express concern for loss of service if a tree should fall over or damage a line in growing...
