    It's a kilt not a skirt.

The difference between a kilt and a skirt?

    Underwear.

    Why do Scots wear kilts?
    Because sheep can hear zippers.

My family isn't from one of the main clans, so finding kilts tartans is next to impossible. From what I have found, they also had terrible taste in plaids.

Well .. there IS the SmartCarry http://smartcarry.com/ holster but I'm not all that enamored by the idea of anything metal OR explosive down there.

Sent a buddy of mine at 5.11a request to do it up in ATACs.
What is my joy if all hands, even the unclean, can reach into it? What is my wisdom, if even the fools can dictate to me? What is my freedom, if all creatures, even the botched and impotent, are my masters? What is my life, if I am but to bow, to agree and to obey?

    1. Pretty girls are pretty girls no matter what they are (or aren't) wearing.
    2. I avoid Denver like the plague so as interesting as the Tilted Kilt sounds (had to do a websearch on it), I'm afraid I won't be going there unless something else takes me to Commierado Hell Denver.
    3. I still say Asian guys look stupid as hell in kilts.

I had a Scottish connection when I got mine made for my wedding (made in Glasgow). However, I already knew the tartan I wanted.

If you're serious, contact a kilt shop in either place (Scottland or Ireland) and ask. They're pretty good about figuring that stuff out (assuming they aren't just trying to sell you a kilt).

I went with the clan tartan, instead of the family tartan.

Either way, it's way too freaking expensive to wear to the range!

Wow. A fashionable, sensible way to show off my finely sculpted legs?

    I'll take five.
