    Default Best BBQ NW side!!

Thought I would ask you guys for votes on this subject. If I want to stay on my side of town, not drive too far on this beautiful snow day, and go get some BBQ- where should I go? Not just for a sandwich, but maybe bring home a pound or more of great brisket.

Famous Dave's, but that's kind of a drive from Edgewater...

I think I found it- Big Hoss BBQ on Tennyson near me. Very well written up, not far away, and has everything I want.

I think a pound of brisket to go, some KC-style pulled pork, house made mac and cheese, hand cut fries and fried pickle spears (all take-out) sounds about right.

    You might check out Moe's - http://www.moesoriginalbbq.com/locations/bearcreek.aspx
A bit farther but well worth it. Even my buddy from South Carolina agrees

Well there ya go. It's my goto BBQ, the cornbread and sauce alone are worth it.

There is a Dickeys in Westminister, it's close to the Yak and Yeti.
    Thanks,
