    Default First form 1 almost ready to send couple quick questions

    So I have my trust set up got it notarized filled out a form 1 for a receiver I want to sbr filled out a 5330.20.

    Before I send everything off
    i know I need to send duplicates of the form 1 double sided and signed of course do I need to do the same for the 5330.20, declaration of trust and schedule A?

    Yes. The last thing you want holding up an application is an OOPS because some paperwork was "misplaced" . Do not forget to keep a copy for reference. This way IF there's a glitch and they call vs return the form, you have something to look at when asked.
