TRINIDAD — A state official has confirmed that longtime Trinidad State Junior College gunsmithing instructor Dave Nolan has been "let go."The 18-year instructor in the nationally acclaimed program reportedly was involved in some sort of altercation with a student.
TSJC officials deferred comment to Rhonda Bentzm, director of media and legislative communications for the Colorado Community College System. She said, “. . . Mr. Nolan has been let go. He is no longer at TSJC. I can’t comment (further) because this is a personnel issue.”Nolan was unavailable for comment.
