    So if you tie a string to a standard capacity magazine and the other to your wrist, can you allow someone else to fire their gun with it? It is still under your continuous possession isn't it?

    What if a leo asks to inspect your magazine? If you hand it over for inspection, its lost forever, isn't it? You broke continuous possession the moment you handed it to them.

    Several threads on this, that violates the 4th amendment which is why this ban will probly be thrown out.
