Mag Realease problem
This should probably go in the 'smithing section but, oh well. My magazine lock/release is a mutha' to get open. I literally have to pry it open to get the mag out. After it has warmed up a bit it gets a little better, but I would rather it work all of the time. For those of you have considerable experience with the x39 I would appreciate some ideas.

If all of your mags do it, you need to file the top of the mag mag release on the rifle (tiny file). If just a few of your mags do it, file the mags.
If you file the rifle, make sure you file just a tiny bit at a time and re-check... file re-check.
This is a common issue on AKs.
