Onion Storage
I'm asking all food preppers for advice: how do you store your onions? Mine keep going bad, and I'm getting really frustrated. I'd love to be able to keep my Sweet Vidalias and brown onions for more than a week without them turning black and nasty.
I've got an onion crock- it doesn't help. I keep them away from apples, don't keep potatoes, keep them in a dark place in their mesh bag... what am I doing wrong?
