    Orchards Ace Hardware in Loveland has quite the selection of firearms. They had an M1A and their price was only about $50 higher than Jensen's. They had sold out of ARs but did have a SIG 556. They had a really nice selection of shotguns and rifles as well. They had handguns that were new and used. They even had one of the Springfield 9mm XD-M pistols that just came out.

    Here, found a link;

    There are VERY few hardware stores with gun departments remaining, but we are one because we love 'em. We generally stock around 600 rifles, shotguns, and handguns and are always BUYING, SELLING, and TRADING.

    Check out our full inventory now by visiting our online Gun Shop
    I doubt their "full inventory" is on the website. I thought I saw more than what was listed, including a couple of RIA and SIG 1911s, but a lot of it is there.

    I found out about the hardware store when I was chatting with one of the locals who had commented about my M1A and that he had a couple and was making an ammo recommendation. He was telling his friends that they were going to head over to the hardware store. I made the comment that I thought Jensen's was the hardware store. He told me, "Oh, they also sell guns over at the hardware store." I just had to check that out while my CBI paperwork was processing. If the local Ace had a gun counter like that one, I'd never have any money.

    Typo. But I did a double take as well. Sounds like something I'd want.

    I was hoping that it was like this example from the movie Predator;

    Thanks for all the imput here. I went to the Firing line today and stood in front of the counter for 30 minutes before I decided to walk out. No-one offerd any help at all. They had a decent selection there, but was overpriced.

    Going to try Jensens next.
