Thanks for all the imput here. I went to the Firing line today and stood in front of the counter for 30 minutes before I decided to walk out. No-one offerd any help at all. They had a decent selection there, but was overpriced.

    Going to try Jensens next.

Good luck. Even when you're nice and trying to be patient and positive, there was lots of negativity coming from the other side of the counter.

5280 - Over priced on a lot of stuff. The last time I was there I had to listen to a person behind the counter talk about the great "knock down power" of the .45ACP. Nothing peeves me more than someone talking about something they know nothing about.

Green Mountain - I really like to go there and look at the used items forsale.

Sportsman Warehouse down the street from Green Mountain- I have always gotten excellent service from everyone behind the counter.

Jensens - Sadly, I have never been. Too bad there isn't a Jensens type shop near Denver.

Gun Shows - Mostly a waste of time IMHO but I am your basic AR15/Glock shooter. Although I will say that machineguntours is the exception.

Thanks for the props We just got in a ton of stuff for the gunshow this weekend. I think we will have at least 40 complete Ar's for sale, AK Receivers, FN2000's, PS90 and ton of other stuff including some deals on trade in glock 22. Thanks again for the positive comment

My experience with 5280 has been the opposite of the others, 5280 armory was over $100 cheaper than the firing line on the msar stg556 (same price as jensens). They also had a colt 6920 for the same price as jensens as well. The biggest difference is that they actually had the guns in stock (unlike Jensens).

I bought a few guns Jensens and everytime the lady who mans the cash register has *always* been bitching about something, especially when its busy. To me is the most anyoing thing for me, don't complain about how busy you are when I am trying to give you money.

Firingline when I called last weekend to see if they had what I wanted in stock and the price I was kindly told that they were too busy to go over their inventory with me over the phone (after I asked what brands of ar15 they carried and had in stock). Both 5280 and Jensens, however able to give me a run down of what they had in stock and how much it cost.
