    If both your parents are felons, should you have to pay out of state tuition? Your parents are criminals and by you going to college, your criminal parents are receiving some benefit, if they are even paying. Should children born of rape pay out of state tuition? Dad is some criminal and kid shouldn't have been born because dad shouldn't have raped her. Are we rewarding the kid by allowing them to attend college and have a criminal for a parent at the same time? How much money comes out of my pocket when rape kid pays instate tuition?
