Yeah I have, and just filed a complaint with the HOA. He keeps his spot open, but yet uses the one in front of my house... If I was back in Louisiana, I would just give his ass a good ass whipping and be done, but up here in Lib land, I gotta play polite...Maybe leave a chicken head ,and bones on his car, maybe the point will be understood...

Thats the way I read it as well.
my Parents had a go-round with their HOA about the same thing. Properly licensed/registered, insured vehicles legally/properly parked on public streets where not prohibited by duly erected signage may park without restriction of time limit or 'zone'.

I hate it they choose to park in front of your house, perhaps you need to have a "CO AR-15 Come over and look at my yard" day and about 40 cars full o buddies fill the street in front of HIS house. When they see what a nuisance it is, maybe they will be a little more considerate.

or, you could just go over with two beers and chat with him.

I know a guy on here who pretty much bought an extra vehicle to park in front of his home just so his neighbors wouldn't park there.

or maybe you could invite your local Sons of Silence chapter over for beer and barbecue and they could kindly ask the neighbor to move so they can park their bikes for the party.

Photograph, document, advise the HOA. Or if you think it'll be effective, contact him in person.

Default Neighbor continously parking in front of house.

I lived in an HOA and not much you can do as they are still drivable. I would put the skunk smell crap in their HVAC vent at night.

Is it actually someone who lives there or someone visiting someone who lives there?

I am much more tolerant if my neighbor has guests and they park in front of my house than I am of my actual neighbor doing it.
