I think they might be hard to come by in Colorado real soon. Since they probably come with a standard capacity magazine or two I would guess most sellers will just refuse to ship them to Colorado like they refuse to ship them to California and Massachusetts. Looks like most sellers have stopped shipping to Connecticut too.

I have been well pleased with My AUGa3. I'm a lefty and always wanted one. Accurate, low recoil, rather heavy. I was lucky and bought the rifle and mags basically a week before everything went to hell.

I'd like a Tavor too, but I'm going to wait and see on that one.

    Default Tavor or AUG?

Well dang it. Did a little research on the Tavor an now it looks like my decision will be harder than I thought.

My Tavor just got in yesterday. Am waiting for another shipment before I do the 4473 but got to fondle it yesterday and I like it. I told the guys at the club I'm using as FFL that I'll be checking the chamber and barrel for signs of firing before I pick it up. ;-)

Tavor all the way- Want a track record? Ask the Israelis, they've been using them for a while now. I spoke with a girl I went to HS with and she's living in Tel Aviv now (she was born there and moved back after HS), her hubby is a IDF Major and I asked what his opinion of the weapon is, he says the Galil were some pretty big shoes to fill, and the Tavor is a perfect replacement. I want both anyway (Galil and Tavor)

The only thing I don't like about the AUG3 is it cannot be shot left handed if you needed to. I've only seen a few Tavor come through, but I think you could shoot leftie if you needed to.

Personally, I like the way KelTec did it with the RFB.

Tavor all the way i think of the Tavor like the better more user friendly Aug. You have to remember the Aug is old it was developed during cold war era. I'm not hating the Aug it was well past anything at its time. With the Aug you can get a butt stock that will accept ar-15 mags but won't lock open on last shot. when your shooting off hand (left) with the Aug be prepared for a mouth full of hot brass. The tavor on the other hand fixes all those problems. Also the weight of the tavor is more in the back so it doesn't tire you as fast when your holding it. Also you can completely change the tavor for a lefty shooter just needs a lefty bolt. Its up you if it was me id choose tavor then I'd get an aug later on. Hope it helps a bit sorry for any typos and errors typed this on my phone.

I like the design and the fact that it takes FAL mags but there is no way I am dumping that kind of money on a Kel-Tec. Plus, I'm not looking for that kind of horsepower in a bullpup.
