I just signed up to volunteer for the Hudak recall here: http://www.recallhudak.org/
My dad and I signed the recall for John Morse.
I talked to the folks at Specialty Sports working the Morse recall. They said they need signatures. So if you live in that district get off your duff.

Do you have to do anything special to get signatures, or can you just pick up a form? I am about a mile out of Hudak's district, but most of my family lives there and most of them are like minded and would probably like to see her gone.

ill be going down to specialty today in the springs to sign i would LOVE to get a petition to leave at my local gas station out here in the east we are a 100% for this and im certain i can get a couple hundred sigs by the end of the week
District 19... does that cover Brighton? I'm not all that familiar with how the districts in CO are apportioned. I have several friends in Brighton who would sign happily...
cofi, can't do it that way. Only people that could have voted for him/her count so only registered voters in Senate District XX (11 for Morse) count on the recall petitions. You can donate or volunteer for the recalls but you can only sign if you could have voted for/against the legislator in question. Also, the petitions have a spot where the collector signs (in front of a notary public) that s/he personally witnessed all the signatures on the petition so it's not something you can just leave on the counter somewhere.
However, if you know anyone in one of the affected Senate Districts who has NOT yet signed a recall petition, get on his or her case to get it done NOW.
Anyone who has questions about where they are registered -- or IF they are registered -- can go to http://www.govotecolorado.com/ and find out or register to vote. Anyone who just moved into Senate District 11 can register now and sign a petition to remove the piece of human waste occupying the Colorado Senate President's office.
We need the following valid signatures to get recall elections going:
Mike McLachlan (House District 59): 10,587 [Deadline: 5/21]John Morse (Senate District 11): 7,178 [Deadline: 6/3]Angela Giron (Senate District 3): 11,285 [Deadline: 6/10]Evie Hudak (Senate District 19): 18,962 [Deadline: 6/10]
