OFA doing petition drive to take away 2A rights on 5/4/13

If I did not have to work I would follow the petition people around and tell people that if they sign they are for killing Jews and minorities just like Hitler did. I want to fight these creeps but everything always happens on a Saturday and I absolutely have to work on Saturdays.

What is the legality of dumping a clip board full of signatures into the toilet or a near by body of water? Besides it being a super Dick move, is it illegal?

I'd like an answer to this... I would love to grab the clipboard, take their signature sheet, and then proceed to make sure my rear end is extra clean...

Well, I was wondering if there was some constitutional law against it or something. Since I assume what they are doing is a form of the First Amendment.

I went down to visit the demonstration, to get my fair share of abuse. What I found was two successive sets of folks standing on one corner, asking people to sign their petition for background checks for gunshows and internet sales. One guy seemed reasonable, at least in conversation, but of course he had his biases. The best was the second set. I couldn't even get the woman to engage in conversation once she found out I was pro-gun. She said "if even one child is saved..." and I cut her off there. "If you really thought saving children was important you'd be asking me to sign a petition against private ownership of swimming pools". At that point she turned away, put her hands over her ears and walked quickly away, saying, "I can't talk to someone who hates children".
