Agree - best steaks come from home. Trouble is, finding a good piece of meat to start with.

And, I agree with finding a good piece of meat. Not easy. I'm a spoiled Midwesterner where you don't have to go to a specialty shop to find one.
Costco's meat is very good if you've never bought it.
